12.Identity Information for Certificate Generation

To ensure accuracy in official documents such as marriage certificates, the Minara App may require users to enter their name exactly as it appears on their Aadhaar card or other government-issued identification. This information is used solely for the purpose of generating accurate and verifiable certificates.

We do not collect, store, or process sensitive Aadhaar details such as Aadhaar numbers, biometric data, or any government-issued identification numbers. Only the user-provided name and relevant details required for certificate generation are used within the app.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information. Minara is not responsible for errors in certificates resulting from incorrect or mismatched user input.

13. Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023

Minara (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). This section outlines your rights and our obligations under Indian data protection law.

Consent: By using the Minara App, you provide explicit, informed, and freely given consent for the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or by deleting your account through the app's Profile section.
